Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

HEX Fireworks Ltd are committed to providing the best service to you that we can. Because of the explosive nature of fireworks they cannot be shipped with anything other than a specialist courier and are therefore subject to different laws, restraints and delivery procedures.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4 - 5 business days as unfortunately orders can't be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, under normal circumstances, orders are processed much faster than this. Once your order is ready for despatch we will contact you by email to arrange delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. This scenario also applies during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after you have selected your options and will be displayed at your checkout. Delivery dates will be confirmed before shipping.

Again - please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Discount Code

Periodically HEX Fireworks will issue Discount Codes which can be used at the Checkout. These can take several forms and information will be provided regarding their use when they are published.

In addition HEX Fireworks are working with a number of schools and organisations.

Their unique Discount Code will be given to you by the school or organisation.

Please note that normal shipping methods and collection options apply.

Shipment confirmation 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Damages

HEX Fireworks Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless we have delivered it through our own local delivery service. If you have received your order damaged, and the courier is not HEX Fireworks Ltd. please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland or outside the U.K.
