Although named smoke grenades or smoke bombs these products do not explode. They produce coloured smoke and are not to be confused with a flare. Flares produce a bright flame with the smoke being a by-product of burning.
Please note these products are not allowed in sports grounds under the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985 and upon conviction can incur a prison sentence of up to 3 months.
Smoke grenades fall under the same legislation as fireworks.
Must only be sold to or used by people over 18 years of age.
